Enrollment in our programs is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed-upon payment arrangement. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Momentum Consulting Firm does not retain full payment card details. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
We want every participant to feel confident in their investment. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific program terms provided at the time of enrollment. In general, requests for refunds made prior to the program start date may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a program has begun, refunds are not guaranteed. Requests should be submitted in writing to our contact address as soon as possible.

Program participants may use materials for their own professional development and classroom practice. Reproducing, distributing, selling, or publicly sharing any program materials without express written permission from Momentum Consulting Firm is strictly prohibited.
Participants in our programs agree to engage respectfully and professionally with instructors, coaches, and fellow participants. Momentum Consulting Firm reserves the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the learning community.
Momentum Consulting Firm provides programs and services in good faith and with a genuine commitment to educator growth and transformation. However, individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of participation in our programs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Consulting Firm, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
